Those plans in Chicago and San Franciso are innovative but I don't think they're realistic. Hydrogen powering public schools from an abandon rail line that now has an organic garden is an ambitious goal, and didn't that bridge in Frisco lose a beam last week? I hope they try to implement their ideas anyway, through trial and error projects of this sort will become successful. Its almost 2010, its about time we thought outside the box.
